Puerta Vallarta, Mexico December 3, 2012: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (!) We finally made it out of Cabo and Gomorrah and had a nice motor up to Punta Los Frailes (pronounced FRY-LAYZ, meaning Friar’s Point). We spent a lovely day there before heading over to Puerto Vallarta in Banderas Bay, on the Mexico mainland. We’re very happy to be over here – it’s much more lush and green, the marina is clean and quiet, there’s a nice beach nearby and a pool where people bring drinks when you ask. Lovely! Banderas Bay will be our home base for the next couple of months while we project and procure for our “Puddle Jump” in the spring. And where we explore, sail, play and relax. (It’s also a good place to visit as Alaska Air flies here – daily. I’m just sayin’.) Eso es todo por ahora. Mucho amor y paz.
