T- minus 1day and counting!

We have been organizing, provisioning, settling in to this time-zone and language. It’s wonderful!

Since Donna arrived on Thursday, we’ve sorted our gear, made last minute purchases, packed and repacked, had some delicious food, and slept, hard.

Tomorrow (Sunday) is our last day here.(!). Monday morning, ready or not, we’ll hit the trail, for 20 days and 108 miles!

Courmayeur is a beautiful ski and vacation town in the Acosta Vally, in the northwest bit of Italy. I’ll let the photos speak to the beauty.
